URGENT ALERT: Don't Eat the Spinach!

All right, I know this isn't really politics. But I couldn't stand it if our regular readers got sick because they were arguing about whether Bush is the Antichrist and missed the news that could save their lives.

There has been an outbreak of E. Coli infection across the United States, and they do not know the full extent of it, nor precisely where it came from.

IF YOU HAVE BAGGED SPINACH OF ANY KIND, THROW IT AWAY.

E. Coli infection can take up to ten days to manifest, so there is no way of knowing whether the level has peaked yet or not. So far, dozens of people have gotten sick in 10 states, and one person has died.

If you have bagged spinach, do not attempt to wash it. That will not protect you from the infection. Just throw it away. If you think you have symptoms of E. Coli infection, call your doctor immediately, even if it isn't severe, as the CDC needs to track cases in order to properly respond to the outbreak.

Yee-haw! 3 cheers for organic veggies.

See libtards, this is what happens when you use untreated manure instead of pesticides on plant life.

BRING BACK DDT!

Idiot!

The probability is a closer link to human feces.

But on a hearthier note and off topic;

That's incredible.

You guys can even fight over *spinach.*

RR,

Yah, and keep on lickin' the lead-based paint that coats the walls of your trailer. You seem to like poison, taken quick or slow, doesn't matter how it makes it into your system, its all the same in the end.

Excellent! They are using untreated sewage for fertilizer! No wonder it passed your taste test.

Sounds like your kind of commune Rusty.

Deep and sublime missive there amahndouche. Good thing you got your mom's case worker to write it.

All is not lost - here, you have a reason to go on living.

Fighting? RR isn't armed.

His following comment supported my opening comment. "Idiot!"

When the farmer doesn't put enough portable toilets in the fields, the field becomes toilets.

No wonder people are getting sick from spinach.

they are saying it was the irrigation system.

Yeah, .........and polluted with what?

Posted by Russ [TypeKey Profile Page] at September 19, 2006 05:42 PM

The irrigation system has had problems in the past. To date on this current outbreak they have pinpointed no specific root source.

Yeah! Fight the power! Up with the proletariat - everything's the Man's fault! We are helpless! Down with the system!

So you would be perfectly happy to excuse some wet from shitting in your food. I assume this is an attempt to be funny - not even YOU are deliberately this self-parodying.

ps Che' is STILL dead!

We all know about your blue Kool-Aid addiction Red, leave the toilets alone.

Great comeback! Dennis Miller will soon be out of a job.

Remember, slice with, not against, the grain. Cut more arteries that way.

"leave the toilets alone. "

Sorry Rusty, I won't diss the toilets. I know they evoke halcyon memories for you: after all EVERY sexual experience you've had has been bent over one.
