Lee's Bio

I grew up in little North Adams, Massachusetts, where I aspired to nothing more than to be a carpenter for my wages. All that changed when I graduated high school. It was going to be getting cold soon & I wasn't about to start my own carpentry business overnight, especially at just 18 years old.

I decided the U.S. Army was the place to be, so off I went. I spent 9 1/2 years as an Army Intelligence Analyst. I know, I know, Military Intelligence is an oxymoron. Whatever. I can assure you that civilians, et al, think this simply because we cannot tell you what we do.

Well, my relationship with the Army had grown sour & I headed for greener pastures, as it were, and moved back to Texas, where I had been stationed for better than 3 years. I now work as an Army contractor, fixing the computer systems used in the Intelligence field. I love it because I get to work with soldiers every day & I still get the privilege of serving my country.

I became wholeheartedly interested in politics around the time Bill Clinton got busted for "fooling around" with a special intern we all know and love. At first I thought it odd that he could be so glaringly guilty of sins worthy of tossing him from the highest office, but not a thing happened, barring his explanation of the meaning of the word "is". My views continued to evolve, especially as I settled into Texas life. I bought a house on a big plot of land, then I bought a few shotguns to defend the place as I saw fit. Then I realized that Liberals wanted to remove many rights afforded me by The Constitution & I didn't much like that, needless to say. So today I sit here typing this little bio, wearing my cowboy hat in Bosnia, being fed up with all the Liberal rhetoric and bold-faced lies.

I hope to make valuable political contributions to the site & I also hope to make less valuable but very funny contributions to the site. I believe we should all be able to laugh at ourselves occasionally.

By the way, you may be wondering why my pen name is Redneck Pimp. Simple, really: those are two things that do not normally co-exist, like a cowboy from Massachusetts. That, and I believe it to be pretty catchy.

You weren't, perchance, a 98C?

(98G here.)

Posted by Russ at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Sadly, I was a lowly 96B for my entire time in service. Though for the most part I hardly stood in front of a map board... I mostly worked in the comms truck of the Intell systems we used, and still use. A good friend and coworker of mine was a 98G for many years. BTW, love the post on your website titled "Crappy Holidays". I'm a sucker for wordplay.

There is another Conservative Blog that used that logic already, The Intellectual Conservative.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

welcome aboard, how long have you been a member of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy?

Posted by Tyler at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Ah... it's that delirious Liberal Um Yeah again. You know, for a Lefty you sure do spend a lot of time reading the Right. For the most part I do not: I'll form my own opinions and do my own research. And isn't that just special that you've seen the same logic used elsewhere on the Internet. There are over 3 billion webpages, you silly tool, so it's likely someone has said something before or done something before. Maybe the blog about The Democrat Who Listened To Reason... or maybe Al Gore: Everybody Knows He Invented The Internet... or maybe Matt Lauer: Is He Mentally Ill Or Just Plain Stupid... You're just mad I'm obviously smater than you. Now get off your lazy Leftist backside and curse at me a little! By the way, Mr Um Yeah, might you have your own little slice of the Internet where you share your insight and wisdom?

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Tyler, Thank you for the welcome, kind sir. I've been a gun-owning, Right-Wing Liberal basher for probably the last 4 years, though my last few years in the Army pretty much led up to my decision to jump on into the Left-Right battle.

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

PoliticalPuzzle.org Its a joint blog, im only one of many posters and I don't post that often. If all you are going to do is espouse the same tired pill-popping Limbot talk over and over don't even bother to show.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Is that not what you do here?

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

You mean pop pills like Rush or regurgitate his political views?

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

transitive senses : to throw or pour back or out from or as if from a cavity

why did you add the link to a dictionary?

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Atleast Rush didn't lie on national television about it. He admitted his faults, went into rehab, and no he is back...

thank god for that....

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Rush is a hypocritical assnugget, and he is also being investigated for Money Laundering.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

And your buddy George Soros was investigated for insider trading... blah blah blah.

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

That would be hypocritical, if he went on record a bajillion times saying how much he hates Insider traders and how they should all be sent to jail.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

since you never listen to Rush, you are only judging him based on what you've heard, and liekly form Liberal media... which was definately showcasing some spin. If you knew the real deal...

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

I do listen to Rush, least a good 15 minutes to a half hour almost everyday. The more I listen to the more I loathe him.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Waht a sad life you must have. You spend all your waking moments listening to Rush, who you hate. You come here and bash us but truly say not much of anything that'd actually promote Democrat views; you just cuss and rant like you're high and have Tourret's. You actually had a few things to say that were positive about Babs Streisand; it's internationally known she's a huge tool & idiot par excellence. Why don't you add G. Gordon Liddy to your list of shows you tune in to which are hosted by people you hate. Ollie North had a radio show also; maybe you should try to catch it. Don't forget to drop in at Townhall.com to catch the latest Ann Coulter column. You'd also despise Mike Adams; read his weekly columns too. You should check out Paul Greenberg also; he's the man to dubbed Clinton with the Slick Willie moniker. He also won a Pulitzer, so do be careful when you read his columns; you may actually learn something.

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Now my mommy is a little whore. Or maybe a big whore; who cares. What are you, like 13 or 14? Listen to Rush with old Grandpappy, do ya? You really sounded mad in your last post, so here's a little question, with the answer at the end. Q: What's the difference between you and the rest of the lemming, Lefty, tree-hugging, rights-snatching hippies? A: nothing. You just do what you do because you want your way and you'll hold your breath till you get it.

Cry me a river, jellyfish Liberal. G.W. is getting re-elected because Kerry is a 300-year-old buffoon, Dean has everybody thinking he's a racist, Al Sharpton is just an idiot & a bigot, Wes Clark can't make up his mind about anything except his horrid hairstyle, and Dickie Gephardt is dumber than a bag of hammers, and about as entertaining to listen to.

Be sure to vote!

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

I am 19 and yet still much much smarter than you. Im not mad by the way, I enjoy rattling Conservatives and slapping around their feeble arguments.

Both Bush 1 and 2 manage to be in the running for worst President ever. Bush has got to go, the country will be much better off.

Oh and Aaron/Admin. Can the some animals are more equal than others crap eh.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Aren't you a firm believer in "democrats are more equal than republicans" dogma?

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

I think Liberals are on the whole smarter than Conservatives. What does that have to do with you all being insane?

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

You know that expression, if you aren't born a liberal you have no heart, if you don't grow up to be a conservative you have no brain... You are the best example of that.

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

I heard it, so does mean you have no heart as well as being insane? Quite a few people get to be Liberal after they meet a few Democrats and find out they aren't evil, no matter what Rush says.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

I'll just jump back in real quick... How did you get to be so twisted at just 19-years-old? I was going to ask if you'd done any military time but now I know the answer to that. (No evil implied.) "Liberals are smater than Conservatives." Wow, class bias. What next then; I'm a Redneck from Texas (via Massachusetts/Taxachusetts, thanks Mike Dukakis) so that would make me a bigoted drunk who has sex with his sister. Way to go, Howard Dean! Look... Liberals really do seem to have this whole class thing stuck in their heads. You'll see people who work with their hands for a living voting Republican & white collar types voting Democrat. Look at me, I'm rich, I'll have to be a Democrat and frown at the poor people.

You're far too young to be so hateful... wait until you're in your 30s to get really hateful; it's more fun.

Bring back the Draft! (I'm so kidding)

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Im not the most twisted young person look at Tyler, not to mention that 15 year old wannabe pundit Kyle something.

Im not in the military, I was thinking about it my Grandfather(Navy) and Uncle(Navy) said take the decent scholarship money you got and go to school.

It's not really a class thing,Liberals are Smarter and tend to be better educated (Not neccesarily the same thing). There are plenty of Lower Middle Class (Me) /Lower class/Middle class kids who manage to get an education. Even then ones who dont have an education I find people who profess to be Liberals more open minded and well read and all around brighter. Plus I live in and go to school in NY background is a factor, beyond that I cannot stand most hardcore Conservative/Bushistas and I know its not all but your party does have an incredible amount of racist/bigoted/homophobic jackoffs. You talk about freedom yet you ally yourselves with Fundies who would burn you at the stake for buying Playboy and would put Homosexuals to Death (Preferably by stoning). Im also almost 100% certain Jesus can be considered pretty liberal, despite the mortal lock the right wing has on Religious Rhetoric.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Here's a good basic stance I why I don't like Democrat politicians... 1) They generally want to take my guns away. What do they not get about The Right To Bear Arms? 2) They want to push the whole "woman's right to choose" rubbish on us. Now, I do not think it's a good thing to just blanket the abortion debate in either direction. Each person must deal with that in their own way, be it personally or theologically. 3) Support of Affirmatice Action, which has evolved into a huge racial crutch for any "minority group", to use as they wish. (Hire me. I need to get into college. I want to be an NFL coach, ad nauseum.) There's nothing affirmative about it. To top it off, that clown Kerry said he'd rather be the candidate for the NAACP than the NRA. Wow... that's staggeringly stupid. He'd rather support a group which is inherently racist over a group which supports a Constitutional Right. Oh holy crap. 4) Persecution of Christianity in general. "Oh, the religion of Islam is good on the whole, blah blah." Granted, G.W. had to say the same thing on TV but I'd be willing to bet a 6-pack of Pearl Light that he'd give a different answer in private. Read the Koran. It actually instructs its followers to start a Jihad. It's right there in black and white.

I'll tell you what... you vote for Kerry (if he even makes it that far, but it'll likely be Dean who gets the nod.) Me, I'll keep my guns and my privately practiced religion & vote for a President who wants to keep all my rights intact.

Down with Al Sharpton's evil hairdo!

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

On the stoning thing. That's far too harsh for the average Conservative, and you know that. Don't be foolish.

Everybody should be able to understand the fact that the only politicos who get in the news are those who have something "extreme" to say. With the passing of time, the "extreme" gets further out there because people are used to it. Look at this gay "marriage" rubbish. Now pay close attention please... Marriage, at its root, is for a man and woman. The right answer is that gay couples should be able to have a "union" recognized by the state or the government (whatever) but their union has no place in the classical definition of "marriage". This way they get the benefits they seek; death benefits, tax benefits, etc. And true marriage says exactly like it is: screwed up because people jump into it too lightly, but it's still sacred.

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

marriage n. The legal union of a man and woman as husband and wife.

Posted by Aaron at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

1) They generally want to take my guns away. What do they not get about The Right To Bear Arms?

I don't know have you ever read the Constitution? What part of to a Well Regulated Militia don't you get?

2) So what does someones feelings have to do with rule of law?

3)Affirmative Action wouldnt be needed if their werent so many Racist Conservatives (CCC.)I too would rather be counted with the NAACP, least they dont post hit lists of people they find hostile to their cause.

4) What does saying the Islam is Good on the whole have to do with persecution of Christianity? You have been reading to much David Limbaugh (The Frank Stallone of the Political World). The Jihad part of the Koran was part of a historical context, which is used by evil people today to influence their followers, the Neew Testament has stuff about how Slaves and Women should always be obedient and a womans place is in the home. The Old Testament gives plenty of reasons to kill people as well.

WTF does it matter if its called a Marriage or not. Just call it Marriage and be done with it, its not like anyone is forcing anyone to have weddings in a church.

The Stoning thing, when you says thats to harsh you mean they would just hang them or kill them in more conventional ways? Even the stoning "thing" is common enough.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

http://gauntlet.ucalgary.ca/story/6355

Depends on which dictionary you use.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Define your precious Well Regulated Militia young man. You have no earthly clue on the gun issue. Or are you, as usual up to this point, taking what you want to use out of context? Don't get me started on the NAACP... Open your eyes and see that the ONLY causes that organization supports are "Black causes"... or rather, "African-American causes", even though only the smallest percentage of Blacks in America are ACTUALLU FROM AFRICA. I'm not Irish-American, I've got enough sense to see I wasn't born there... Big deal, my heritage is Irish, we're much better off in the U.S.

The Old Testament... Reasons, as you say, may be there to kill people, but the Koran directly instructs followers to kill people. Read it. Rea it. Read it. There is nothing for you to argue, silly. It's in print and there's only one way to interpret it.

And you can't call it marriage because it's not marriage, what do you not get? Plain and simple: you have a new union for gays and lesbians. But it's not marriage. It's such an easy point to get around; you "change everything" Democrats think you can just cross your arms, nod your head, and POOF! marriage is now gay! Um No! Just like partial birth abortion, gay "marriage" shall go away. Have all the homosexual unions you want, with all the privileges of insurance claims and death benefits that go with it.

Lastly, you try to join the NAACP and see what happens, seeing as you support them so much.

Power to the people!

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Almost forgot... don't forget to support the NAACP's drive to collect reparations for slavery. They can have my money when they take it from my cold, dead hands. (My family was still in Ireland until 40 years after slavery ended. But even if they weren't, nobody's getting my cash for some rubbish like that. Oh yeah, Al Sharpton likes the reparations idea; saw an interview with him a few years back where he said he "wholeheartedly support[ed]" it. Be sure to vote for him! I can see the campaign signs... "Vote for Al Sharpton! He won't take your money if you're Black!" He's so two-faced.

Posted by Lee at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Reparations for all black people is as perposterous as giving reparations to Jews who were not decedents of Holocaust victims/survivors. You won't see my get any reparations, because they are not mine to get.

Of course, htere is the debate that if there isn't any reparations for blacks for slavery, there shouldn't be any reparations for Jews decended from Holocuast survivors. To me, this is a perposterous argument, as many holocaust survivors are stil alive, and their offspring are as well.

Mr. Sutcliffe, known to everyone here as "Um Yeah" thinks he's so smart, but doesn't have the courage to put his e-mail address with his posts. He posts anonymously because he doesn't have the guts to stand behind his own opinions...

He'll just turn aroud and say he's protecting himself from spam... meanwhile most conservatives who post here, another blog, or wherever, can actually "endorse" their own words by using their real name, e-mail address, and what not.

Um Yeah smart? Not even close. Between what he says here, what he used to say in my blog, and other sites I've seen him babble on, he has very little intellectual capacity, he fails to make good arguments, and to be honest, makes liberals look even dumber.

Posted by Matt M. at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Or are you, as usual up to this point, taking what you want to use out of context?

Out of context? You want to concentrate on half the 2nd Amendment and totally ignore the 2nd half.

It's in print and there's only one way to interpret it.

Not sure if you want to go over the whole context thing again or are you one of those believers im a literal interpretation of Holy Books. Those quotes were made in a Historical time period, it is militant assholes who are telling uneducated people that it is an exhortation to make war on modern enemies.

If it is everthing in name but marriage, why not just call it marriage. It is very simple and like the Canadian Dictionary it will change to reflect society, face it Lee there is a rolling pink tsunami and it will utterly destroy the Redneck Resistance.

Repearations are an interesting idea, I would be for it except for the logistics of the whole thing.

He'll just turn aroud and say he's protecting himself from spam... meanwhile most conservatives who post here, another blog, or wherever, can actually "endorse" their own words by using their real name, e-mail address, and what not.

Well no, I notice you only post your blog email and not your personal, most Conservative Blog owners have justt heir blog their blog own out, its just common sense. Anything that can be said can be said on the site, I get enough advertisements for breast enhancement cream and penis pumps as it is.

Here comes Matts UM YEAH IS UM DUMB argument, so mature. Matt is a wanabee Mallard Fillmore nuff said.

Posted by Um Yeah at November 26, 2003 08:11 AM

Think what you want with your sissified "Let the homosexuals do what they will" attitude and that you think there's some actual way "they" will "destroy the Redneck Resistance" (whatever you're talking about)... Isn't that just lovely of you; you want to remove (or support the Dems removal of) my legal weaponry and have all sorts of homosexuals "marrying". And no, silly boy, you don't "just call it marriage", because it's not. It's like saying that a grapefruit is close enough to being an orange, so jsut call it an orange; it's just not. And no, you don't get to change the dictionary definition; we'll have to wait for Snoop Dogg to come up with a new word for it -- maybe "mizzarriage". It's not even about bible-thumping or "gay is bad" or any of the normal arguments. For the Liberals it seems to be about pandering to every single "minority group" to make them happy and get votes. So, genius, once you've got this grandiose Marriage For Everybody, what's next? Paligamy? There's a logical step in that; "Well, if I can marry another man, what about two?" Where do you loose-cannon Liberals stop? You'll, of course, purport that I'm shallow-minded and stupid for not wanting to "evolve" or "make progress". Fine. I'm deeply saddened, however, that it's people just like you who'll be taking over the country around the time I retire; a bunch of sadly brainwashed, Leftist, hug-everybody, feel-good, tree-hugging hippies. Living is a happily gay-embracing, self-defense-free, pot smoking, illegal immigrant-loving environment.
